Six extrusion nozzles are used at a time in this horizontally oriented multi-line energy bar production line. The bars are then passed through our proprietary rectifier equipment to ensure consistent weight and size before being sliced by a guillotine servo motor cutter. The width and height of the P400 Protein bar line belt are 580 and 1000 mm, respectively. The extrusion nozzles and belt size can also customized to fit the customer's needs. The P400 Multiple Protein Bar Production Line Belt Width 580mm is specially designed to link the cooling tunnel and 600 model Chocolate Enrobing Line.
Protein bars, enery bar, candy bar, date bars, and fruit bars are the primary products of the multi-line energy bar production line. These bars can be produced using the multipurpose P400 Multiple Lanes Protein Bar Production Line.
